The dimensions of our products shown on this website are approximate and represent the overall dimension. However due to the nature of some of the materials we use, the actual dimensions may vary slightly.
All colours shown are reproduced to the best of our ability but, depending on your colour settings and variations in material supplied to us, may vary slightly from the actual colour of goods supplied to you.
Please note that we reserve the right to make small amendments to the bag without posting new images on the website, as supplier materials and manufacturing processes may inevitably change from time to time.
Shipping Information
After placing your order, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
If your bag is in stock we aim to despatch it within 2 business days of receiving your order. UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery. Please note UK orders will need a signature. If it is not in stock we will contact you to advise timelines.
Orders from outside the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For (where available) and delivery times will vary. International orders may incur local taxes or import duties for which we are not responsible.
Cancellations & Returns
If for any reason the Houndsley bag you have ordered does not meet your expectations and you wish to return or exchange it please email info@houndsley.co.uk immediately. You will need to send it back to us, at your cost, with proof of purchase and in the same condition in which we supplied it to you, within 14 days of receipt by you. We will then arrange for it to be refunded or exchanged. We will also refund the initial delivery cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days. Please also contact us immediately via email if you wish to do this.
